1 General Introduction

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements for bonus use have been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• The bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.

• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.

6.2 VIP Cashback Bonus

Our VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• t999k reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to investigate an account if bonus abuse is suspected.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t999k platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account cancellation and all funds may be forfeited:

3. Placing bets using automated bots or software.
4. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
5. Attempting to manipulate game results or commit fraud.

7. Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
8. Filing a chargeback claim against t999k.

9 Limitation of Liability
